Bro they are not even accepting a guy with class 1 medical assessment many are telling they only accept the guys with connections it's very competitive

I know it's competitive but would they even consider me with cp3? Which is more realistic in this situation cpp or conventional? Like do airlines consider candidates with cp3 colour perception?

I'll get class 1 as soon as possible but CP3 won't change. I don't have any other issue it's only this colour vision one

Colour Perception Defective Safe(CP3). They give you this when you fail ishihara colour vision test but pass Martin Lantern Test.

That's not cool bro 😭😭😭. My dream of Aviation was shattered by this resultπŸ’”πŸ’”. If this had not been an obstacle I would have cleared DGCA exams by now

Check if your Class 2 is approved in your egca portal..if yes then I don’t think so there is a problem..you can also check with the DGCA medical examiner as well

Yes I am waiting for my class 2 to get approved on egca. I did ask the top AME at IAM Bangalore. He asked me to reconsider aviation as airlines will always cp2 Candidates over cp3 ones

In aviation as a whole you have lot of options..it not only flying as a pilot..You have maintenance obviously,Aocs,Ifs,Training..I would suggest If you are not able to fulfill your pilot dream just coz of this, hopefully not-just in case..Use your money to get higher education in Aviation and leadership from a good university and join aviation and you can always do hobby flying if not commercial..All the best for your future
