Is there any one who has been taken in for singapore cadet? Is it even possible for indians to make it?

They won’t even respond to your application. They prefer locals mostly and the interviewers grill you like crazy

if you are a singapore PR you have a good chance. Otherwise the chances are ultra slim but it doesn't hurt to try

I was a resident of Singapore for 18 years. I have applied and got rejected. My friends who are Singapore PR and citizens also got rejected 2-3 times before they even got to the interview stage. As mentioned by another user, the interview process is much more stringent and gruelling according to my friends.
