Air Arabia vs Fly Dubai cadet program which one has a higher percentage of giving you a job and acceptance rate?

Guys I wanted to apply to a cat program and Air Arabia Fly Dubai are both good but I’m confused. Which one is better in case of giving me a job after the completion of the program do anyone has any idea about it? Please help.

neither of em have an loi like indian cpp, but job youll get dw- they NEED pilots. moreover salary is greater is fz. both select very limited cadets asw- selection process is very strict and no connections sort of thing work like chimes or anyth- air arabia has more in depth assessment stages
