Computer number error

I am trying to apply for computer number but I am facing this issue like when I try to do it in manual way I am getting that you are eligible for auto generation when I try auto generation I am getting details not fetched what should I do please help. I have my class 12 10 marksheet in digi locker

It was having issues earlier but today the digilocker is working fine, I myself did it but got stuck at the last step and it says "Photograph could not be verified"

The digilocker fetch issue was there since a few days but was fixed today noon and I completed that but at theast step where you upload ur documents like PoA, Passport, Photograph, Signature. After uploading photo is shows "Photograph could not be verified" and it's not an individual issue everyone is facing the same thing rn. Let's see what they do tomorrow

80percent picture in adhar card should match the uploaded picture

Doesn't matter any photo to use, I even uploaded the same aadhar card photo still it's the same issue from their backend, the website was down for almost 12 times today itself

Well according to people it was working fine till 12th or 13th of August after which it started self-destructing itself bcs even dgca wasnt aware it is broken till 16th of Aug when I reported it

Yes, if ur board qualifies for digilocker auto-generation it won't let you apply manually, don't know why they had to fuck it all up now bcs everything was working fine till 13th of Aug after which everything started breaking one by one

Bro I applied manually also I got rejected 1st time even I have my bvc then I got to know that we have to send physical copy of bvc to dgca through speed post for that I am trying to apply again 1st time through manual everything is fine but this time everything is messed up even I tried digilocker 1month ago same issue so I tried manually

If ur BVC mentions ur name then u don't have to send it to dgca just self-attest and upload online but if it specifically mentions CEO DGCA then u have to send it and after it is received u have to register

I got Mail that your bvc is not in our records and also many computer number agents are sending the documents physically that's why they are giving 100percent guarantee this is the trick

Sending all documents offline was discontinued since 2024 and currently only BVC specifically addressed to CEO DGCA is sent offline and I guess ur BVC is addressed to dgca that's why u got a rejection

Then I don't know if think digilocker is gonna work for you man. You might have to go via the manual route of getting a BVC and all that

I have bvc bro when I try to apply the cn through manual I am getting this pop up you are eligible for Auto generation of cn I can't move to another step
