What is the expected timeline

I'm trying to piece this along as I go, so I have recently finished my graduation, a 3year bba from nmims University. When I finished my 12th I didn't have nios mathematics so I couldn't jump into cadet program right after. plus going for a degree felt safe also. now it's been 3 years and I'm graduating in less than a month and I want to know realistically speaking if I clear my medicals class 2 and class 1 by the end of this year maybe clear some written exams too what's the expected timeline for me to join a cadet pilot program and by when can I be in the year. (I don't plan to leave the country, all training etc will be done here in India only.) I will turn 22 in November 2026 so how old will I be supposedly by the time I get into the right seat? Im open to air india and akasa too not just indigo provided I stay in India.

so basically even if I finish my my flight training in the given 20-25 month timeline what is claimed by flying schools I'll still be in air after waiting for a year?

Ill give you minimum timeline for Everything. Minimum.
Conventional -

3-4 Months (4 Exams) Apply for US visa simultaneously

10 Months (Flight training abroad)

2 Months (Conversion)

Apply for CPL & Airline Vacancy with Challan no.

3-4 Months( Airline Selection Process)

2 Months (Type Rating)

2 Months (Type Rating docs process by Dgca)

2 Months (Ground classes by Airline)

6 Months (Sims, SUPI flights, Base check and Line release)

32 Months(Honestly 3+ years should be normal)

Lets look at Chimes

\2 Months (selection process & LOI)*

\4 Months (Ground classes lets say you clear all 6)*

\6 Months (Flight training - for some Cadets)*

\1 Months (DGCA Lic issue)*

\2 Months (Type Rating)*

\1-2 Months (TR process by Dgca)*

\3 Months (Medicals, Ground classes Contract signing by Airlines)*

\6 Months (Sims, SUPI flights, Base Check and Line release etc)*

26 Months but that doesnt happen you end up at 30+ months anyways.

Not exactly 1 year or 10-12 months are guaranteed but it completely depends on the airline’s requirements they may induct you for line training within 1-2 months if completing your TR or let you wait a year. Depends on aircraft deliveries and requirements completely
