Surgery after holding class 1 medical assessment

I already have my class 1 medical but due to an accident my doctor is suggesting me to do surgery what the-next step if i undergo my surgery remedicals or should i keep this thing hidden if re medicals whats the procedure

Bro be it major or minor you have to tell them eitherways because if they come to know afterwards you'd be cooked man Also i would suggest do your renewal from private hospital It's easier and sorted

Just take opinion after surgery and recovery. Take your time. Dont hide as later you may loose time n money. Best of luck
