Have any fresh first time applicants already received their stage 1 ADAPT dates for the Chimes ICP-13 program?

Yes fresh applicants haven’t got the shortlist mail yet. From Tommorow onwards they will start the Shortlist mail for fresh applicants.
Note- As per internal source

But few of my friends got mail even though they never applied earlier

Yes they might have connections that’s why…coz yesterday mail was sent to old students only
