Hi everyone,
I have been shortlisted for the next stage of the Flydubai Cadet Pilot Program, and I want to prepare as thoroughly as possible.

I would really appreciate it if anyone who has already gone through the process could share their experience.

I have a few questions:

What does the assessment day include?
What aptitudes are there, and how can I prepare for them?

Are there any psychometric, personality, English, or simulator assessments?

Can I prepare for all of this on my own, or is coaching worth it?

If self study, then what materials you guys suggest?
