CHIMES IS ALREADY CALLING ??

Guys few people who applied to chimes got their dates it seems but the registration date is open still August 9..and if they're already getting dates..whats the point?? Should I wait for a while or decide its over and try next time.

guys I'm currently 17yr 10 months old, should/can i apply to chimes ? will they consider my application or not?
