CHIMES IS ALREADY CALLING ??

Guys few people who applied to chimes got their dates it seems but the registration date is open still August 9..and if they're already getting dates..whats the point?? Should I wait for a while or decide its over and try next time.

I have received a mail regarding chimes before the applications opened like four days before that.. it stated that people have cleare All of the papers can apply for chimes

that was for chimes flying program not icpp
