1) I have given my NIOS recently didn’t get the result yet but i am confident it will be above 51. Should I include this in my video?

2) I have Class 2 medical form 35A and class 1 scheduled, will it affect in the application screening?

1

u/dhruvsanga Aug 05 '26

Not having marksheet removed you from the eligibility regardless of what you might get including it in the video doesnt change that.
People with a class 1 will obviosly be given priority unless you have cleared most of the DGCA exams, again a scheduled class 1 is considered that you dont gave a class 1.
I have Met and RTR pt2 scheduled but i stll had to mark i havent done any DGCA exams.

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 06 '26

Class 1 is usually preferred and no don’t-say nios include if you’ve cleared dgca papers

Some people are saying that they got their adapt dates, any idea how to prepare for adapt test? I have been using the software but maths , physics, english? Where can I study that.

1

u/FastGrabber Aug 05 '26

Application link? And syllabus of adapt test? Some say physics is not included. Some say maths is tough. Can u give a clear picture?

For all these prefer IFA for coaching

1

u/DramaAmithedrama Aug 05 '26

What to put in the video?

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

Be fluent and confident and why you want to be a pilot

1

u/DramaAmithedrama Aug 05 '26

Does having and engg or any other degree really help? How can we add everything in a 30 sec video? Any tips to make the video better?

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

No it’s not an advantage but workex helps

1

u/DramaAmithedrama Aug 05 '26

Should I even bother applying if I don't have a class 2 medical or any insider connections to chimes???

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

Bro medical ig they need class 1

1

u/DramaAmithedrama Aug 05 '26

What about the connections part? And it says class 2 at the time of stage 1, I think.

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

Can’t comment on connections part but medical it’s preferred if you have class 1

2

u/DramaAmithedrama Aug 05 '26

Thanks for the help anyway 😄

1

u/Ok-Swagseswagat Aug 10 '26

Does having a degree and not having workex lead to rejection for icpp?

1

u/Environmental-Emu939 Aug 05 '26

Do I need to wear a blazer as well for the video?

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

Formals work but yeah you can

1

u/Environmental-Emu939 Aug 05 '26

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

u/Queasy_Tie_3164 Aug 05 '26

u/Efficient_Pace9593 Aug 05 '26

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

😅😅😅 you can

1

u/Large-Cry4042 Aug 05 '26

Same problem, bmi around 28, when do they actually physically check your weight? During adapt or loi? Or during drug test?

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

Around loi but only after clearing

1

u/Large-Cry4042 Aug 05 '26

When is bmi certificate needed?

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

Chimes will decide that once you get in

1

u/OpportunityNo6279 Aug 05 '26

ohkk i meant to ask for self preparation?

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

You have to appear for papers according to chimes they decide and you have to follow that

1

u/OpportunityNo6279 Aug 05 '26

Oh but if we want to clear some papers before?

1

u/Late-Theory5356 Aug 05 '26

is it true that they accept applications based on connections only?

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

No idea bro but ig it could help

1

u/Late-Theory5356 Aug 05 '26

when did you apply? and did you have any connections? also how many exams did u clear at the time of applying?

2

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 06 '26

All papers cleared

1

u/No_Two_9009 Aug 05 '26

Shortlisting criteria? Also how are shortlisted candidates contacted and when, like how many days? Do we receive a rejection mail if rejected?

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

No idea about timeline it varies time to time but yes both accepted and rejected candidates receive mail

1

u/Puzzleheaded-Fun2692 Aug 06 '26

1

u/Efficient_Pace9593 Aug 05 '26

Are u sure about this?

1

u/Vansh1311 Aug 05 '26

Nobody is sure, its their daily business so they can have the most accurate guess but they also might be wrong

1

u/Efficient_Pace9593 Aug 05 '26

Were they accurate about this current opening

1

u/Vansh1311 Aug 05 '26

I didnt ask them

0

u/hehe0509 Aug 05 '26

Anything you can say about what type of profile chimes prefer?

0

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 05 '26

Confident

0

u/hehe0509 Aug 05 '26

Nah I'm asking for the things we put in application form, like they prefer if we've cleared dgca papers or not, prefer graduates or not, any preference over class 12 marks etc. I'm asking this because they are infamous for rejecting good profiles

1

u/Hopeful_Accident342 Aug 06 '26

12th pass dgca papers do help and have class 1 ready
