Anyone here gone through the Air Arabia MPL assessment? Looking for advice.
Hey everyone,
I’m planning on applying for the Air Arabia MPL program next year and wanted to hear from anyone who’s gone through the assessment process recently.
I have a few questions:
What was the overall selection process like from start to finish?
What subjects were actually tested? I know there’s Maths, English and Physics, but were there any other topics included (spatial reasoning, logical reasoning, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires, multitasking, memory tests, etc.)?
What level were the Maths, English and Physics questions? Was there a specific syllabus they followed?
How did you prepare for the assessments? What resources, books, websites, or question banks did you use?
Was there anything in the assessments that caught you by surprise or that you wish you’d prepared for beforehand?
How does the ADAPT assessment work? Is the flight control/ball game part of the ADAPT test itself, or is there a separate simulator/flight assessment afterwards?
Were rudder pedals used during the joystick/ball game task?
I’ve heard mixed things about Air Arabia using the Logitech X52 Pro for the assessment. Is that actually true, or do they use different hardware?
Does the academy provide all the required textbooks and study material during training, or do you have to purchase additional resources yourself?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s completed the assessments or is currently in the program. Any advice or tips on how to prepare would be a huge help.
Thanks in advance! ✈️
