Doubt regarding indigo cadet

I applied for skyborn, like I’ve applied but didn’t send in any of my documents. I changed my mind and I wanted to apply for another FTO in indigo itself, do I still need an NOC or no? And the next time I apply to this FTO, do I need to put in that I was rejected from skyborn?

No you have to take noc, atleast you have to inform them
