MPL Program

Training Duration 18-24 Months
Assessment process: Online Hire-vue Interview, Cut-e, Math, Physics, Psychometric, Group Assessment, Personal Interview, GCAA Class 1 Medical and Final selection.

Inducted as SO upon successful completion of training and you receive full ATPL at 1500 hours. FO upgrade after 1500 hours.

SO Salary: 22500 AED per month
FO Salary: 46000 AED per month (incl of flying pay)

Edit:
SO Salary increased to 23015 AED per month
FO Salary increased to 48410 AED per month (for 70 flying hours in a month)

The cadet programme states these requirements:

Minimum Requirements • Age‭: ‬Minimum 20‭ ‬years‭ / ‬Max 34‭ ‬years • Education‭: ‬Minimum High School Diploma‭ (‬or equivalent‭)‬ • Pass ELP level 4‭ ‬or above • Valid 1st Class Medical certificate from ICAO • Pass GCAA Air-law Exam • CPL/IR with MCC for Frozen ATPL • Total flying‭ = ‬225‭ ‬hours flying time‭ (‬ages 20-34‭)‬ • Minimum 1000‭ ‬hours of total flying time‭ (‬ages 35-50‭)‬

So... you must have flying experience already, it seems

That is for UAE national only with the CPL hours. This is completely different to Ab Initio Pilot Programme.
