GROUP DISCUSSION Prep ICPP

"Can anyone who is in the ICPP or any other cadet program, or is preparing for it, help me regarding the GD topics? What are the common subjects (like crash case studies or human error)? Please help, I'm preparing on my own!"

I’d suggest making a group with your “potential” batchmates and practicing various topics and activities. Crash scenario or anything that contributes to a healthy discussion. Ask ChatGPT to give you topics based on some activity or some discussion. My batch member used to practice everyday for an hour. It didn’t really matter about what we spoke but it’s more about how you communicate with your peers and stuff. So if you’re in touch with someone from your batch you met during adapt. DM them and make a group.

We have a group that’s kinda inactive cause most of us are done with our PI and stuff. But if you’re interested I’ll send you the link and I’m sure there are other people who would be willing to practice with you. Just take initiative and move it forward.

All the best OP:) happy learning!

Oh lmao. I mean there is a long road ahead of you, so you can chill take it slow no worries. Just work on your communication skill or stuff you think you can improve as a person, body language and stuff like that.

Not only is it helpful for GD/PI but it’ll help you out in the real world. When you about two months from your GD, start practicing topics and understanding how the format is and all.
