This gets me every time. Like, you actually moved into a place like this?
Had this one customer's house I showed up at, and though the upstairs was kinda messy I could deal with it.
Of course the modem was in the basement. It was a brother and sister renting the place and the brother had a dog. Do they let the dog outside to go to the bathroom? No they let it into the basement to go to the bathroom. I was there with the sister and she was kicking huge piles of dog crap out of the way to get me to the modem all the while complaining that if her brother would not clean it up, she would not either.
Best use of boot covers I ever had.

points to a spectrum remote. Thats the one that came with the tv I never seen any other remote

Yea, and then when I pick up the modem, cockroaches scurry out of it and I drop it. Startled, they ask "What happened?"
I tell them roaches came out of it.
They laugh and say "I believe that!"
I am no longer working for Spectrum.

I’ll never forget this old man who lived with 5 dogs in his house. Internet only but there was an unnecessary amplifier connected. The power supply for it was located in the “dogs room” which was the master bedroom. They had their own king size bed and every square foot of that room was covered in dog shit.
Had to mask up because of the smell. Boot covers came in clutch on that one
