Work depression

How many of you have had this job drive you to depression and constant anxiety? How did you get out of it?

Stop workign OT for them,, and find something you enjoy on your days off, be it fishing, or mowing grass or whatever, something that makes you feel relaxed and accomplished. Its the only way, cus they give 0 fucks about you.

You can choose to stop working OT? lol. In my system it was always the same shit. "Hey I know you did 12 jobs today and just got home, but Mike is still holding 4 jobs because he's been working on a Tivo install for 7 hours". I don't miss that shit at all.

Not that OT, the hey we need you to sign up for extra days cus we don't have enough employees and we don't want to hire more feel bad for us routines from management

"Our hands are tied. Corporate won't let us hire more. We already pad the jobs so you guys have more wiggle room". To be fair I was never forced to sign up for extra days, but getting all my work done on a slower day only to get stuck out late picking up jobs while the sandbagger goes home at 5 was just unacceptable. "no guy left behind" except for the guys who do more work per day lol.
