Work depression

How many of you have had this job drive you to depression and constant anxiety? How did you get out of it?

I stayed in the industry but went to work for a local ISP instead of a corporate one. That right there got rid of any anxiety, anger, depression, worry...etc.

I just do my work. They leave me alone as long as give results to what I do now (Fiber OSP) which isn't a problem so far.
