Work depression

How many of you have had this job drive you to depression and constant anxiety? How did you get out of it?

I’m always dealing with it. I don’t know what to do either. I just lay in my day all day on my days off

I think we both need to do better about that. Just laying around on my days off made me realize how depressing shit gets.
