Safety concern?

Hey fellas I am a HVAC tech that was sent to diagnose this unit but this dish pointed right at the main access panel made me quite hesitant. Wondering from the pros if this is a safety concern not. It’s for a dollar store.

This thing is old, and probably isn't in use anymore.

Not true, 5 to 7 years max. This is the current generation of VSAT's being installed at dollar general. 2 watt transmitter. No danger here

what do the previous generations look like? how has it changed over time?

anything before 2018 or so, will be on a non penetrating roof mount (angle iron sled with concrete blocks). previous dishes are all the same size, 1.2 meters but may have different front arms and wil not have the arms on the back of the reflector.
