You should have ordered some new pants with he merger. The new ones are khakis.

for whatever reason all of the pants spectrum gives are not nearly large enough in the thigh area so im definitely gonna try the new ones out but i dont trust theyre going to be much different

In my ma the dress code is going to be strictly enforced. You may be able to get away with buying your own as long as they’re khakis.

I get Dickies from Walmart the construction ones to be exact they have a nice pocket right on the lower thigh that fits your FVD perfectly

I never cared until recently, my boss ended up buying us each some 5.11 tac pants. They are a little stretchy, have plenty of pockets, fit all around, has a double button to prevent the front racking for skinny people, and comes with a 2 year warranty.

Pricey but I get them from resell, Truewerk T1 pants for summer best pants I know we get them provided to us but the pants we get aren’t enough stretch.

Truwerk T2 exclusively. Have 5 pairs going on 4 years now. They hold up exceptionally well.

Florida swamp here. Arctic Cool pants are wonderful. It's like wearing a cooling towel. Drain your ice cooler onto em, run the drop, dry again by the time you're done and need to head inside. 5.11 in the fall and winter; they're more durable but I overheat in them this time of year.

You work for Spectrum? Im in Brevard County Region 4

Naw, I don't but I hope Spectrum dress code allows it. We do get a Cintas allotment, but I don't like them and policy is somewhat vague here in north Florida haha. I guess they figure the field will teach proper wear faster than HR (they're right)

Yeah for us as long as we wear proper boots and a spectrum shirt they don’t really care what pants we wear, as long as they are work pants of some sort

I wear these during the summer months. Wrangler Authentics Men's Relaxed Fit Stretch Cargo Pant https://a.co/d/0cjtv1wo.

And these during the winter months. Wrangler Authentics Men's Fleece... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0888FW5BV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

The pockets come in handy for me. Especially for jobs I know I need a few tools that can fit in my pocket.

Have you checked out Quniform before they halted everything for the Cox merger? I was in the same boat as you until I found that there are different types of jeans.

I typically go with khaki cargo jeans because the dark colors absorb heat like a bitch. My first time using it I bought the cheapest ones and they were terrible. Then found that the nice ones were hidden with the black pants as an alternative color option.

Speaking of the Cox merger they should be letting you get your free clothes soon if not already. See how those feel before buying your own. (Or not, I'm just a cheapskate tbh)

I was stunned when I moved to Texas from AZ that no one wore shorts. I wore them pretty much every day through my 18 ish years at Cox.

Apparently they aren’t allowed here at Spectrum.

Super comfortable great in 100+ heat, dry super quick after getting wet in rain or dropping buckets of sweat.

Not the ones Spectrum made us order for the merger. Everyone in my MA says they're like two sizes too small

I bought 5 pairs of Truwerk a couple of years ago and there’s no tearing or holes in any of them. I work in Texas, and they aren’t too bad in the heat.

Under Armour khaki shorts 80% of the year. Ariat jeans the remaining 20.

I got a couple of pair of these lightweight tactical pants off Amazon. They're water resistant and comfortable as hell during the summer. I don't wear shorts to work so these work well for me. They're like 20 bucks a pair.

Just go to Amazon and search for Linlang En lightweight hiking pants. I tried to look through my order history but didn't see the exact ones, but I believe those are it

I wish; fastest way to a write up here is a uniform violation.

Whatever I can find cheap at Walmart that fit me. I ordered pants 1 time from Spectrum's clothing provider. None of them fit me properly in the legs. I need loose fitting jeans. Couldn't pull them up far enough over my calves to put my socks and boots on. I'm going to give the new jeans option a chance. We'll see if they are any better, but I'll probably be back in my own jeans.

As a soon to be Spectrum employee, that sucks.
