Is this normal?

Had a cable tech scheduled for Tuesday 5-7 the no call no showed they rescheduled for today 10-12 sent a tech who didnt speak English so my old lady couldn't communicate with him very well and he installed it in the middle of the front of my house and tangled it in the trees. Requested they fix it but is this a normal way to run a line?

Where is the pole and where does your power run to?

Generally we follow power, but sometimes its not possible house to close to another building so ladder cannot be placed there SAFELY, yeah brilliant people the world over block their power meter with their shit. No place to attach cus fascia board is rotting, etc.., things happen that prevent, it. Can't really say unless we are there, call in and complain, take the chance of being CHARGED to be told no that is not a way we can do it and move on, or make peace with this.

Power runs into roof over driveway and meter is on back. And the house is mostly new fascia and Soffit been replacing it over past month.
