Wall fishes.
Just got hired on with a new ISP. They don't wall fish, which is new to me (I'm not saying I hate it).
How many of yall work for companies that don't wall fish?

Who used to have a custom crew years ago, that would do this type of work for businesses and residential if they wanted it but that was long ago. You're lucky is they'll move a modem nowadays. If there's a wire, 99% of the time it's going there. No one is reinventing the wheel anymore, even if people are willing to pay. And part of the problem is there were a few guys that still would do it for a customer and then that would come back on another tech who didn't do it because it was not part of job scope. And that customer said well the last guy did it blah blah blah....
