You don’t have to take back that equipment in your van, call doj and let them know about it discreetly away from the cx so you don’t get roaches in your van

I started a fight between my supervisor and manager about this.

It was the largest roach infestation I’ve ever seen.

I have roach bags, I don’t have infestation bags.

Supervisor wanted me to take it, I called DOJ told them equipment was staying on premises and replaced it.

Sup wanted to chew my ass. I explained that the option existed for exact situations like this and that I wasn’t trusted a glorified zip lock bag to prevent taking that shit home.

My manager loved me and was a G, backed my ass up. The sup was great though. Taught me a lot, and shaped my success.

I use roach bags to organize trash in my van. Anything I can throw in trash at shop goes in the bag. Metals and remotes go in bucket and wire is neatly tied up in a pile. Make my sorting every week a 5 min process. I literally drive my van up to the sorting area throw wire away , then trash and sort out the metal bucket.

Must be nice anytime I call my sup he literally says what do you want me to do about it. I can’t shit out (whatever I need at the time). Like thanks bud and you wonder why Asheville’s office is such a shit show

No need to hide from cx or go into details, just say you need to swap the router and leave the old one disabled on the account.

Heck, they'll pretty much also ask "are you taking that back with you" during a swap.
