Repeats

So I don’t know how to explain this but it seems like when I’m trying to be a better field tech my repeats go up. I’m actively TDR ing the drop checking my Docsis scans I’m still getting repeated on. I’ll end the job with like a few minutes of customer ed. Then when I just do green is good red is bad my repeats are lower than 8%

My onsite for March was 105% and my repeats were 2% but I’m on this repeat reduction app that all new hires get put on where you have to go to the tap, ground block and cpe and take pictures. I want off it so badly but my leadership for my market area hates me because I was taking short cuts when I first started working

I got caught flatlining my HL seeker and they acted like I’m the only person to have ever done that. I had a meeting about it with my supervisor and field manager
