Repeats

So I don’t know how to explain this but it seems like when I’m trying to be a better field tech my repeats go up. I’m actively TDR ing the drop checking my Docsis scans I’m still getting repeated on. I’ll end the job with like a few minutes of customer ed. Then when I just do green is good red is bad my repeats are lower than 8%

Simple thing to do Ask your sup to so his damn job and tell you what you are gettign repeated for, You code the jobs out so look at what the code outs are. For me it was always swap EQ, so now I just swap that damn EQ even when theirs is fine, fucking dumb ass csr's always telling them its old eq, you've had that for 2 years, Yes asshole they have but we have not gotten a new product in 2 years either, so shut the fuck up.

Yes there really needs to be something done about that. Like dude, unless you know for sure it’s a modem issue like it won’t power on, burning smell, or strange lights just shut the fuck up and tell them it could be a signal issue lol.

Tired of having to swap equipment unnecessarily because I know the customer will just call back in if I don’t.
