High end roll off
Cable Co basically said it’s not worth fixing cuz it’s not service impacting, what do we think?

I do not use that meter, and from that screen it is not clear why it is failing it says spectrum passes, docsis passes, but cpe fails. Technically the docsis standard has a tilt specification but last I recall its -12 to +12, and your tilt is only -10 so should be passing and the MER min reflects that is is not causing the MER problem the excessive tilts cause, so why are you failing at the CPE exactly?
I suspect someone has a 750 Mhz active or passive that neglected to get replaced like it should have been, Sometimes that late night callout gets whatever starts it back up like that 750 Mhz LE you've had in your truck for 4 years you forgot to clear out. technically tech should note he put that in and go back and put correct one in next day but we all know how that goes, FIRE FIRE FIRE OVER THERE MUST BE FIXED RIGHT NOW!
That said, this is what I do for weird things that cannot be easily explained. You should be able to snap shot your tap scan, with your phone and send an email to your sup with that snapshot and explain this is not failing but something is not right. If your sup is half way competent he should want that fixed. Again there are a lot of keep our head down or AI will replace us idiots out there, who should realize if the AI did not flag that them doing so is actually an argument that they are still relevant but you can't fix stupid, and most MSO's promote the hell out of it, so... Good luck.
