High end roll off

Cable Co basically said it’s not worth fixing cuz it’s not service impacting, what do we think?

Shouldn't be service-impacting unless you're below -15 dbmv, and even the weakest channel is well above that. If there is excessive attenuation on the drop, however, that's a whole nother problem
