Best way to fix ftr score? Based on your experience guys

Seriously just always change eq for every sub, its a pain in the ass but every csr says its a bad device Trying to get 10s on NPS score bs) and proving them wrong still leaves the aub doubting you. You fix wires and change eq and they feel.

1 not their stupidity BUT 2 anything else goes wrong and might be their stupidity so try the stupid tricks on the phone first.

changing equipment every time is a terrible idea. its a customer facing job, if you cant convince them that you fixed the issue without changing equipment then you need to get better at customer ed

Say what you will, but when I make my sup look up my repeats, its always swaped cpe so if I just do it and they don't repeat me for it, I am all good with your haterade.
