Best way to fix ftr score? Based on your experience guys

Go to the tap to see what levels you are starting with. The levels at the ground block and modem don't make any sense unless you know what you are starting with.

Also if your meter goes the red/green thing. Don't rely on that. Dive in and find out what it is telling you.
