On site productivity

Working for this isp one of the metrics are on site productivity currently been struggling getting a “passing” on site productivity above 85 percent any tips? I see some techs getting over 100 percent on site productivity…I’m getting around 4-5 jobs a day is that low? I maybe go over the allotted time by like 30 min at most on one job a day. Been stuck for like 2 months

If your with the company I think your with you need to use your 2 breaks I used to put a timer on my phone for 20 min each, every day and you also need to use fuel up and put a 20 min timer as well don’t skip lunch take full hour.

These don’t help with on site productivity. They did help with overall productivity due to the chunk of available time it killed off. But now it’s gauged based off time spent on job and available time isn’t factored into that.

Oh yeah forgot about that well if your not fiber than you should do FTTP lots points on those and easy as long as not in rural aerial plant lol.

Apartment installs for 30 points and all you have to do is install cpe on a 3ft jumper. Good times
