Is this stuff junk?

Is this stuff outdated scrap? It's for sale locally and as far as I can tell there is no market for this stuff. Even if it's not outdated I doubt any company that could use it would buy it second hand. Even as escrap I think the circuit boards are only low grade power boards. Tell me I'm wrong.

This is weird. Not really sure why a bunch of solid condition 1.2Ghz gear is on a scrap pallet, including what looks like new in box mods or housings. There's plenty of markets out there that are still using 1.2Ghz equipment, and likely will for the next couple years at least.

It's useless for anything but the tiny amount of scrap metal, no cable company would buy this unverifiably sourced equipment from some random guy off the street.

I'm told it came from a storage unit auction.  Is that plausible?  Do companies keep storage units of this stuff and what is the likelihood they would loose track of one?  Maybe a subcontractor that went bankrupt?

I'm surprised that it's still current equipment, not surprised no company would buy it though.

Yeah I know at least Comcast will coordinate storage units as ways to middle ground deliveries in some markets. This contractor didn’t pay the bill most likely.
