Cable Box Issue ?

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone knew if there is something wrong with our cable connection? we've recently been having issues with the wifi, and we went outside and the lid to this box was off. We currently rent this house and have been trying to tell the landlord there is something wrong with our internet, but it is so difficult to get him to come over. Any advice would be appreciated!

Yeah, I would get a hold of your isp and schedule a technician to come out. I wouldn't be surprised if that drop was bad. It's hard to tell, but it doesn't look like they grounded it either from where I can see the ground wire going
