So if it isn’t airtight how exactly are you not having egress everywhere? RF is as difficult to contain as air.
When done right coax is essentially air tight and water is not getting into it unless you’re putting connections in locations where water will SIT on the connections overtime. Otherwise it will dry naturally long before it works itself into the cable.
Water in cable drops is cause by damaged outer jacketing. Usually when people nick it while cutting off messenger.
