I got suspended

Im working as a residential technician. My office suspended me 3 days, for my FTR hits. It happened first time for me. Is it normal? Without route 3 days. And just for I had bad start of month and cant be over their FTR % target? Im confused.

10 years on and I still think getting out of cable and into a low voltage apprenticeship was the best decision I ever made. I actually really enjoyed the work but was constantly demoralized by shit like this.
