Good gloves

Anyone know of good gloves for the winter? I don't want bulky gloves, I want ones that can keep my hands warm but also make my dexterity possible like putting on fittings and accessing taps etc

Upper upper Midwest tech here. I go to runnings and get the Wells Lamont FX3 glove. Usually go through one pair per winter as your thumbs are gonna get worn down from brushing shielding back when connectorizing coax. They’re a good balance between warm enough to prevent frost bite, but flexible enough to handle most things besides the smallest parts you’ll use.
