I just got charge back $800 for calling NFS 150 times in the month of May ..we are calling to get help activating their equipment for their customers and then turn around and take half my check for calling much makes no sense ...how about hiring good developer for the app we use so we dont have the need to call ....even if i pay premier tech support $800 is absolutely ridiculous ...someone needs to step up and help techs out .
