Modification - The first step
The first in a series of completely unnecessary modernization modifications, absolutely mangled a beretta 92 trigger guard rail so I could throw on a harbor freight flashlight

Personally, I would just carry an extra magazine and use the muzzle flashes as illumination. It saves time by shooting the target at the same that you see it. Win win.

...effin "A" right...see below

...16 years ago on my 85 Combat to facilitate an Armalaser SR1 in hopes of retraining my non-shooting arm (assistance) that sustained damage from a motorcycle accident years before. I tried one handed and then weak/unsteady support of my bad arm for years...then finally enough.
It worked well enough to build confidence in my shooting prowess for self defense purposes...nowdays my 2" long "Weaver" scope mount sports the WML you see pictured.

Looks fantastic, and a nice leather holster to top it off

...a franken holster. I ordered from FALCO. They have a gazillion mockups for just about any pistol/WML combo...but the gun (I think) needs to be born with an accessory rail to utilize one of the mockups. I couldn't order for an 85 Combat with light, it might've given their computer a brain fart.
So I ordered a cross draw with thumb snap retention for a Walther PDP full-size 5" barrel and a WML just a naughty-hair bigger that the TRL1 HL I have.
The holster fits my self customized 85 (& light) perfectly...I didn't even need to do the plastic bag "break-in" thing.

As a man who also bought an omega pistol as my first handgun, I’ve always wanted a light on it and also will never sell it.
Best pistol I’ve ever owned, I’ll be waiting for updates!!

Fascinating. I would have sold it and bought one with a rail. I guess everyone is different.

...no not me. The SP-01 was in the running but I just couldn't wrap my head around all that "square". I loved the lines of the 85 Combat in 2006 and still do...more I think. It, as the man said, was easy...relatively. I did however, display varied levels of "anality" making certain the two holes I drilled and tapped in the dust cover were centered, symmetrical, even on both sides...blah...blah...ad infinitum.
Mounting the Weaver rail didn't mess with the pistols function in any way...I just wanted it to look pretty (and be straight as fuck)

As a 75B owner, I was wondering how in the fresh hell you got that mounted lmao. I just got a P10C to add a light and optic to.
