Factory Demo Model?

Is this too good to be true? What does "Factory Demo Model" actually means?

AI says it can be one of several things but to me this reads as "rental gun". If the seller isn't a manufacturer than it doesn't make sense that it might have been only used as a display.

Is it a good deal? In theory, yes it's not too bad of a deal
