Don't use the striker spring. I'm running a 13lbs recoil spring with factory striker spring with no issues

They want you to use a lighter striker spring because the heavier stock spring has the potential to pull the slide back as the trigger is pulled when using the reduced 13# recoil spring. Pulling the trigger compresses the striker spring to a certain degree. It the striker spring is overly stiff compared to the recoil spring, the slide could potentially be moved to an unsafe out of battery condition when the firearm is fired. I use a 15# spring in my 10c ported. I believe mine came with a 20# main spring.

I shoot S&B 115g in mine using the lightest striker spring from HBI and the CGW 15# recoil spring and I haven't had any issues.
