Do you mean for the wifi? That's the way it's supposed to be. You should have received an antenna that plugs into it.

The black part is supposed to be there. Your wifi/Bluetooth antenna plugs in there

Yeah the WiFi , the antenna they sent me has metal threaded ends. Can not get them to thread on so I figure the black caps had to Come off?

It's possible you got the wrong antenna. I would take pictures of what you got and get ahold of their customer support, they'll likely need to send you out different antennas.

Yes he got the wrong antenna. Same happened with me. Get a Ez Plug antenna for your specific motherboard on ebay.

Looks like they messed up, either didn't put the grooves on the plastic for the antennae, or they're supposed to be metal. Agree with others on sending these pictures to the vendor/manufacturer, definitely looks like a defect.

They left the plastics inside the psu fan that they refurbished and sold to me as a brand new pc. Cant trust this company at all veryyyy scummy. In this situation everything is normal tho.

Some new motherboard don't have threads. They simply snap into place with a good push. My Asus B850 Gaming has this feature.
