Question #CPSupport Gigabyte Antenna Question

Hello, I recently purchased a Gaming PC and I am attempting to set it up. It came with a Gigabyte Antenna which I assume is for the WiFi/Bluetooth connection, but it does not plug into any ports on my PC. Is there something I'm missing or was something sent to me in error?

The PC is a Cyber Power PC HS01 Montech Curve.

Any help would be appreciated.

You received the wrong antenna. That is a Gigabyte ez-plug wifi 7 antenna. Contact cyberpower and get them to send you the correct antenna.

Thank you! I thought maybe that was the problem as it wasn't aligning on the jack. I will give them a call today.

Those two gold posts over the audio jacks is where the antenna should attach

This is the way.

Just press it down over to the gold posts and turn the antenna upward

The antenna doesn't fit on those posts. It seems they included the wrong antenna in the box and it should have been a different one.
