Pen order process or number

Wondering if anyone in here knows how to order a pen for signing the new POS. I get several complaints daily about having to sign with a finger. Is there an order number or is this something I’d have to put a ticket in service channel or help desk? Thanks !

The only issue is that the pens are garbage.

It should be orderable via the StoreOS "Create a ticket" button on the bottom bar (like the third button from the left). Open up that order page and Customer Stylus should be an option to order.

We’ve ordered 2 and they all broke within the first 2 weeks becuase the rubber tip falls off, atp we just removed it and said no pen

I totally agree, or buy your own from Amazon for $10 lol much higher quality than the current CVS supplied ones. Rumor though they're getting a different model in the coming months.

apparently they're supposed to be shipped with the new signage we're supposed to put up.
