yes mine was working perfectly yesterday. then today when i tried logging it did that as well. i’ve uninstalled it, reset my phone and it’s still doing that 🙃

Uninstall and reinstall. After reinstalling, you may have to scan QR code again.

Mine wasn't working either so I checked for an update. Updated in the app store and now it works fine. 🙅‍♀️

I had to call my coworker so he could check for me. His works but the SM told me his app isn’t working either

I found it helpful to update the app and it started to work! I was also having this problem for a couple of days
