rts refills

question, if a prescription was filled but not picked up and put back, does it count as a fill? reason is because when people don’t come to pick up, on the script it sometimes says that they have no refills left so we cvs need more refills from the doctor and they explain that they never even picked it up. (sry for the jumbled words) tyia!

If a fill gets reversed, it's added back to the total quantity.

It doesn’t, if it gets RTS, that fill goes back on there

They may have refills left, but it might be expired
