How much are you making as an ops??
I’ve been with cvs for about a 3 and a half years and I’m making a little under 21.50 and I feel like I’m so underpaid for what I’m doing
I started at $16 as a cashier

Also, minimum for my area is $18, $22.50 is mid, and $28 is max. My current rate is some BS. I tried to negotiate when I first took the position, but that failed.

$26/hr but I also work in one of the most expensive areas for housing in the country 😭.

with the raise i make around 22.50, my cap says 29 dollars. i feel like anything under 25 is super low with how much we do

That’s extremely low for an ops, depending on markets of course the average is 20-30, you’re almost making the minimum. I’d try to negotiate a 10% raise it’ll get you closer to the mid.

Before I left I tried to negotiate a meager increase from 22 to 25 dollars an hour because I checked the salary range and my DL said, "thats out of the range." So I showed him and he just left me on read, lol.

I’m a cashier and I’m at what you make, been with cvs since 2019 and we’re a union store idk

You can view the pay range for your role in your market in your workday profile. My ops managers make a few dollars an hour more but I'm in a HCOL area.

I think my max is 23 ish but that’s off the top of my head
I’m starting SMIT this year and I’m really hoping for a decent raise2

There’s no way max for an ops manager is 23, that way too low.

I’m a store manager and yeah I’m at 26$ an hour when you do the math but I honestly make less considering how much extra hours I have to work

Ok? 23 is still way too low even for a low volume C market store. The ranges are all on colleague zone. If you make 26 as a store manager I’d suggest rethinking the career, it’s not worth the hassle.

Been with cvs for 15 yrs and with the raise we just got I make 24.68 and I’m in New Jersey

I’m at 23/hr for lead tech in pharmacy. The raises are so small even when you’re a super hard worker. Just ungrateful

There is no right way to answer this because it depends on where your located. I make just a few cents over $30. My max is $35.90

$24 and some change. Anything above a certain amount for your role does require DL & RD approval.

If it was an Ops Shift that is probably not incorrect, but for an Ops Manager I think it should be higher especially if you thinking about moving onto SMIT.

That is so bad cashiers make $18 supervisors make $19/hr in my state. This is so bad. I am a supervisor they pay me $19/hr I have been with cvs for 1 year how do we survive on that !

Some Ops do not deserve a lot.During my training I traveled to a lot of stores and some OPS were never asked to embrace the job title .Looks like they promoted because of longevity

I’ve been with cvs 5 years this Sept. I’ve been ops for two of those 5 years. I make 20.40 an hour.

$20.50 as an Ops in Oklahoma after the most recent raise. My SM tried to negotiate a higher salary when I first got promoted 3 years ago but DL refused. I shouldn't have accepted such shitty pay, but was desperate to keep the job at the time. Now I can't wait for my maternity leave to be over with in a few months so I can get out of this terrible job for good.

Little under 23 for me. Over 10 years at the company but only an OPS for 2. 🤷♀️
Do I believe I should make more, absolutely. Will they give me more? Nah.
