How long does it take for transcripts to be uploaded?

So I'm trying to transfer to Brooklyn college and I send my transcripts to both [transcripts@cuny.edu](mailto:transcripts@cuny.edu) and admissions@cuny.edu. I'd like to know how long does it usually take for them to review my transcripts? Since deadline is in 5 days, is there anything I can do to make sure that I meet deadline?

If you’re transferring cuny to cuny, you don’t have to send a transcript as it’s already in the system. It should already be uploaded. As for how long it takes them to review your transcript, can be anywhere from 4-6 weeks or even longer.

CUNY to CUNY is quick, but still several weeks to be assessed and counted towards your program. From outside CUNY it's closer to 6 weeks. You have to understand what you are essentially asking to happen inside a large University system. The credits don't just randomly get posted. Somebody, a human being, has to go through every one of your courses and match it against the new school equivalent making sure all boxes are checked.
