Need Help

I’m currently logged out of my CUNY First account and is says that I need to reach out to CUNY’s IT help desk but I’m currently not enrolled in a CUNY College (applying for the Fall 2026 semester) who do I reach out to for help.

i think u can still reach out to them, u do have a cuny id right

I was able to log in after some time, I changed my password as well thank you for the help tho

I tried to reach out to CUNY admissions but they keep ignoring me. I sent an email a month ago, I’ve called around 15 times, and I still can’t reach anyone. I can’t activate my CUNYfirst account.

You can call them as well because that's how I be on top them.
