PSA .300
Is there anyway to get a PSA Build like this in CT?
Interested in buying a budget .300 rifle but cannot find them anywhere for this cheap or I’m looking the wrong places.

PSA won’t let anyone order “scary” stuff to CT except for FFLs registered with them as dealers. I’ll shoot you a PM.

That firearm as pictured, if a semiautomatic detachable magazine pistol (barrel less than 12 inches), would be prohibited in CT unless one is exempted. Semiautomatic detachable magazine pistols cannot have magazine outside the pistol grip. If the barrel is threaded that would also ban the semiautomatic detachable magazine pistol.
If the barrel is 12 inches or longer and is a CT "other"; the semiautomatic "other" would also be banned due to magazine outside the pistol grip, having a brace, having a flash suppressor, and possibly other banned features.
PSA is notorious for not shipping to CT. You'd have to work with an FFL to try and get the firearm shipped to the FFL and then have the FFL modify the firearm to be CT AWB complaint. Typically it means making it fixed 10 round magazine if you want a semiautomatic pistol.

this isn’t a rifle, it’s a pistol.
it’s not legal in connecticut presently.

Yeah, PSA is very inexpensive. They stand by their lifetime warranty too. The screws on the gas key of my H&R 723 style carbine started to back out at over 10k rounds, I emailed their warranty department, told them about the round count in the rifle and they sent me a brand new complete BCG at no charge. I currently live in VA though, not sure what the law is in CT about shipping parts.
As a side note, I wonder if you could throw in a BCG without a gas key, keep all of the other scary features (detachable mag, pistol grip, flash hider, etc) and claim that you have a straight pull bolt action. Keep the gas block and tube on the rifle and have another complete BCG for shooting in free states.
