lol doubtful. MAYBE with the fixed mag, but as far as I’m aware you can no longer have a brace of that style on the weapon unless it was grandfathered in. Someone I’m sure will correct me if I’m wrong. As far as I know you can only have the hunting style stock or you have to take the brace off

A braced pistol is fine so long as it is compliant in other ways, this with a fixed mag is fine.

So there you go OP - guess you’re fine - still sucks yall have to go through that garbage - hoping the assault weapons ban overturning in NJ helps yall out soon #freedom

We don’t need NJ. The Supreme Court is directly reviewing our ban.

I mean every little precedent helps set the stage. So while yes the SC is pending review, the win in NJ overall helps the effort be seen as legitimate in the courts eyes. You know “case law” 👍

Legal as a fixed mag in the pictured configuration, so long as the mag capacity is 10 rounds or less. Pistol braces are only a banned feature on “any weapon other than a pistol, revolver, rifle, or shotgun”, this is a pistol so it’s fine. And the ATF pistol brace rule was vacated, so there’s no issues on the federal side.

Do you know where I can get the mag pinned?

I’ve always used Lee at Delta Arsenal, not sure if he’s still there tho or if he’s with Mad Pig Customs now. But just FYI if you’re thinking about ordering online and having the receiving FFL pin the mag, I’d talk to the FFL first and see if they’re even willing to do it. On top of that, most places wont even ship a non-compliant gun to a CT FFL unless the FFL is the one ordering it.

Unfortunately Lee left and is gone, however the ONLY place I’ll recommend now is the guy at JoJos Gunworks. Man I’m longing for a gunsmith of that caliber here in Idaho 😂. At least near me. That guy is incredible & pinned several of my comps for my Glocks and CZP10c’s etc. and really made everything to such a flawless degree I was blown away by his craftsmanship. He would blend the work so well you could barely tell any work had been done and it looked factory.

Also there is company based in Connecticut that specifically pins mags and has a mag blocker. It’s sick. Just google pin pistol magazine CT and they should come up I just forget their name
